Could someone tell me how to perform a factory reset on the above printer. The app asked me to update my administrator details so I loged into EWS with ID;admin and Password as my WPS pin. I changed the password using a password generator to create a 20 character password. The EWS told me it had to be 18 or less so I generated an 18 character one and it showed successfully changed. I saved this password in my password generator however EWS doesnt accept this new password or the old WPS pin
