[edit] I am dealing with a printer that is not turning on. I have applied the so-called "solution" in the HP Help Center. (Changed the power cable.) No other solution is offered for this model. When I tried to contact HP about the warranty the live person acted like they don't know [edit]

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
