Hi,

 

Does anyone here can help me,

i am using HP Officejet 7110 but it's not printing cyan and magenta,

i tried all the solutions from the support but still no results,

when i press the cancel button for 3 seconds, the estimated ink level for cyan and magenta is blank

i tried to replace the cartridge with a new one but the result are still the same.

 

hope someone can help me here..
