my HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series is showing the above problems. Also, it is on one of two USB ports on my Laptop Computer and the printer states that it is connected to WIFI Direct. When I try to print, it just spits out blank pages. When i first turned on WiFi Direct, it printed perfectly my test pages and I printed a document from my Laptop and it went just fine. That as about 1 month ago and I have tried everything to get it to print and it will no. The connection goes to the printer and I hear the printing sounds but blank pages come out. Has not worked right since I bought it. Warranty coming up.
