HP Officejet 150 Mobile All-in-One Printer - L511a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to install my Office Jet 150 all in one printer scanner.  I trice to download the driver but it takes ma to HP Smart.  After installing HP Smart, I can print vu not scan.  When I run Scan Doctor, device status is 'Busy'. /this is a USB printer so not WIFI.  Wen I look in device manager in Scanner, it says no driver installed.  

 

I tried the virtual assistant.  None of the suggestions resolved the problem.

 

Anybody have any suggestions?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  

After reading your post I did go through the Software and drivers for HP Officejet 150 Mobile All-in-One Printer - L511a- https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-150-mobile-all-in-one-printer-series--... and found out drivers are limited for the printer model. 
 

Let's Install the HP Printer Driver and Software provided within your operating system: HP printer setup (Windows built-in driver) | HP® Customer Support
