HP Office Jet printer set on scan only, do not delete. How do I change this back to normal so I can print?

To change the settings on your HP OfficeJet 3830 from "Scan Only" back to normal so you can print, follow these general steps. Note that the exact navigation might slightly vary depending on your printer's firmware version, but the overall process should be similar:
