Product: HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer

I have two HP OfficeJet 200 mobile printers. One for my work van and one for my home office.  I use the same HP laptop  - one of the printers works fine the 2nd printer will not print.  I'm hard wired to laptop with printer cable.  All I had to do was plug the first printer and it worked fine.  Not sure what to do at this point.  How do I get the second printer back to default settings so I can go back through the unboxing process?
