Hello! My family's HP OfficeJet 4632 eALLinOne printer is acting really weird. What use to happen was that it would come up with an error code, and I would restart it and it would work correctly. Now, when I restart it it keeps coming up with error codes such 0x..... and followed by random numbers. Most of the time it has 0x... and below it will say "NOS___LOAD___DATA". Please help because I do not have money to buy us a new one and my college will start back soon.
Thanks for the help,

@Isbatt, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Ox errors indicate a hardware issue in the printer. Let us try these steps:
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Check for any paper jams/foreign objects inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely.
You may refer to steps 1 and 2 from this document. Re-insert the ink cartridges.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
