@Hi2500P

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

I'll be glad to help you 🙂

As I understand, your printer is giving a cartridge problem error message,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

When was the last time it worked fine?

Were there any hardware/software changes made?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Let's try these steps to resolve the issue: Click here

Step 1: Update printer firmware

Step 2: Make sure the ink cartridges are compatible

Step 3: Make sure the ink cartridges are correctly installed

Step 4: Clean the electrical contacts

Step 5: Reset the printer

Step 6: Clean the ink cartridge contacts again

Step 7: Install a new ink cartridge

Let me know how this goes,

Cheers 🙂

It looks like you were interacting with Flower_Bud, but she is out for the day. I'm KrazyToad & I'm at your service.

I am unable to view the picture you sent. Are you getting any error messages when updating the Firmware?

Meantime try the other steps suggested and let me know if the issue persists

Thank you
