Something happened that my printer suddenly started printing super slow, like one line every 30 seconds. I have done a factory reset and it has the latest firmware. It also happens when doing a copy (so not computer/WiFi related). I have also done all the other standard troubleshooting steps of unplugging the printer and so on. I have seen similar posts on the forum but no definitive solution. Please help!

Thanks!!

Update: Found the problem. I removed the color cartridge and now it prints normally. So it must be that the color cartridge is defective. I have ordered a new one and will test when it arrives tomorrow.

Update: Without the color cartridge, the test page printed quickly, but when I try to print from the computer only using the black cartridge, it still prints slowly. I have set the printer preferences to grayscale, but still the same issue

Update: Changed the black cartridge for a new one and that seems to fix the problem. I added the "damaged" color cartridge and still prints normally. Still don't understand how the test page worked fine with only the bad black cartridge.
