I cant find a download on line for my computer for the printer software it says in the instructions if a cd didnt come with the printer i can order one, I can't find where to order one and I need to print from my lapptop

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the  "Cannot connect to computer" issue. 

 

We do ship out CD's with the printer, you can contact the phone team to order a CD.

 

Meanwhile, you can install the drivers from software drivers page
