My OfficeJet 6962 would not scan from feeder tray, using the printer controls to scan.

 

Went to laptop Windows Fax and Scan, selected New Scan, and was able to select Source: Feeder.

 

HOWEVER, it scanned the two pages as two separate files. Trying to figure that out.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing a scan quality issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better May I know

  • Does the copy also have the same issue?
  • What application are you using to scan?
  • Have you tried using an alternate scanning application?
  • What operating system are using
