HP OfficeJet 7720 Stuck at "Verifying"

Hello,

My HP 7720 printer is stuck at verifying, i have already tried these but the issue still persists.

  • Disconnected power cable (while printer was ON)
  • Disconnected all cables
  • Pressed "Power Button" for 30 secs

Please help.

I see that your HP OfficeJet Pro 7720/7730 Wide Format All-in-One is stuck on the "verifying" message.

  

Please download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer from this link


You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware.

hello. the printer shows 1234 on the green screen when turned on. when connected to a computer via usb, it is defined as hpreflash. the program does not see it. what can be done?

This could be a hardware issue with unit and may need repair.
