HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Hello,

we have HP OfficeJet 7740 installed on clients (WIndows, Macbook) and on WS2019.

From clients it's printing ok.

But from server via RDP there are some PDFs where the printer prints nonsense (from 1x A4 tax form print  sended to printer it is printed 1x A3 and 2-10x A4 with lines, hearts, smilies etc.)

When i copy this document to client, its okey.

Tried 40.16.1234 full and basic drivers (btw. if i can install this driver via setup.exe, it say WS2019 is not supported, but on driver download page is mentioned), PCL 3 drivers, and HP Smart Universal Print Driver Series for Windows SUPD-V4-x64-3.06.2.2503.exe.

All the same.

Firmware version newest EDWINXPP1N002.2336B.00.

Please can someone provide me function driver or older firmware to try?

Second part - is possible scan documents on actual MacOS without HP Smart what need register HP account for basic scan? Manual say we can do it with HP Utility but on https://support.hp.com/cz-cs/document/ish_7333510-7457322-16 HP say that HP Utility is no longer supported and HP Smart (with register to HP cloud they forgot say..) is only way. So isit true that we cannot do basic scan without register to HP Cloud?

Thank you.
