I am very frustrated with the HP OfficeJet 8022e All-in-One System. I enrolled the product on my HP Smart account and in the Instant Ink Program. My product and subscriptions no longer showing up on my HP Smart account. I looked today as I am unable to print to my printer. The printer says there is an error with my HP account. Upon going through the "support" process I followed all the trouble shooting options and I am still receiving the same error message along with an error code UA_400_EB000U0410 saying the install cannot be completed. I purchased the printer 10 months ago to use for personal use and sometimes for my job, I am a teacher/educator. I do not use the printer very often and only received the first refill on the Instant Ink Program. So I paid for the printer and the subscription to the Instant Ink Program and was only able to use the printer a handful of times. To me this is a lot of money for very little use and now I need to probably purchase a new printer. I have an HP desktop and have had an HP laptop and I was very happy with both, but now I am hesitant to purchase another HP product.
