Product: OfficeJet Pro 7720
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Locked out by administrator? Can't access from PC by ethernet or Wireless. Cannot factory reset on device as the option is not there. Could someone send me instructions on how to complete a factory reset on the device? I have seen replies in other threads but they have been sent through in private messages. Many thanks for your help in advance.
