Product: OfficeJet Pro 7720
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 gives this message: The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.

Second time. Yesterday first time. Followed HP instructions (unplugged cord at both ends) downloaded and installed and registered new software. Ran okay for about 18 hours and am now getting same message again. Installed new High Yield  HP ink cartridges  two months ago.
