Hello,

 

I've tried to reset the printer partially, and the semi-reset, but can't seem to login to with the admin credentials on its

Embedded Web Server. 
 
Can anyone help me please? I've seen replies to similar questions on here, but the answers were sent privately, and this is why I'm having to re-open yet another thread.

I understand that you want to reset the admin password on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

Since you have already done a semi-full reset on the printer.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.

 Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
