Product: HP OfficeJet 8020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8020, that is displaying the message requiring the setup cartridges. Unfortunately, I do not have them, the unit is out of waranty, I created three case with tech support while the device was under warranty and have yet to receive assistance in setting up this printer.  How can I get a set of the Setup Cartridges so that I may finally get this printer setup?
