Hello - I just purchased an HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e AIO and set up as instructed. After I inserted the printer cartridges that came with it, it began to print the alignment page, but then I received an error that says "The print cartridge cannot move. Open the cartridge access door. Clear any paper jam or obstruction and select OK".
In an effort to troubleshoot, I've gently slid the cartridge back and forth, and it manually moves just fine. There obviously no paper jam because I haven't printed anything yet. Additionally I've removed the paper tray and reinserted. I removed the paper-jam handle and reinserted. I've unplugged/restarted many times. I've taken all the cartridges out and re-inserted them twice. Brand new machine and I can't get past this error message or get my print cartridge to move. Please help!
