It did not print the test page, but it does not state "Driver is unavailable" anymore! And it allows me to see preferences and properties now, so that is better. But I do need to print to it. Just tried again and no printing. But now the Smart app states it is installed. It is using the Standard TCP/IP port and using RAW protocol. I also used the Windows driver HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series PCL-3. And the status just states "error" now.

How do I do that? The only options is a messenger chat or virtual agent? I will not use any product associated with FaceBook.
