Hi @Remake963,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Officejet Pro 8710 printer is not printing multiple pages on Mac OS 10.15, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your Mac and turned on. If it's connected via USB cable, make sure the cable is securely plugged in. If it's a wireless connection, ensure that the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Mac.
- Restart Printer and Mac: Sometimes, simply restarting both your printer and your Mac can resolve connectivity issues.
- Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed for your HP Officejet Pro 8710. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website or use the HP Easy Start application to install the drivers and set up the printer.
- Check Printer Queue: Open the Print Queue on your Mac to see if there are any stuck print jobs. If there are, try cancelling them and then try printing again.
- Reset Printing System: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the printing system on your Mac. To do this, go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, right-click (or Ctrl + click) on the printer in the list, and select "Reset printing system." Note that this will remove all printers from your Mac, so you'll need to re-add them afterwards.
- Check Printer Settings: Ensure that the printer settings are configured correctly for printing multiple pages. When you go to print a document, check the print settings to make sure it's set to print multiple copies or multiple pages per sheet if needed.
- Check Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually update the firmware through the printer's settings menu or by downloading it from the HP website.
- Test with Another Application: Try printing from a different application to see if the issue is specific to one program. If printing works fine from another application, the problem may be with the original program you were trying to print from.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
