HP Office Jet Pro 8710 will not print in color using the HP driver that was downloaded from the HP website. The printer will print color using the copier function. The printer is on a network. Other computers can connect and print to the printer in color. Only one computer running Win 10 will connect and print only in black and white. However, if I remove and reinstall the printer drivers, the printer will print a test page from the computer in color. But every subsequent print job sent from the computer will only print in black and white.

@sj1999, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print in color from your Win PC.
Install the printer using the TCP/IP port:
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Remove the existing printer entry > click on Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing in color.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I followed your directions. The first color page printed in color! HOWEVER, every subsequent color page printed in black and white. Every other computer networked to this printer prints in color. Nothing has changed by adding the printer using the TCP/IP port.
