for years, my HP printer reliably doesn't work. With all the laptops I've had, I can't rely on it to print wirelessly. I've gone through all of the troubleshooting tips recommended, such as installing new drivers, restarting the printer, clearing the queue, etc.
When I do reconnect my printer, it might print one job, then it won't print the next job. I don't know what to do. Do I need a new printer? I only have issues with wireless printing.

Hi @Kent98,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've been dealing with quite a frustrating issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 printer. Since you've already exhausted many troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, here are a few additional suggestions you could try.
- Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up-to-date. Sometimes, firmware updates can resolve connectivity issues and improve overall performance.
- Network Troubleshooting: Check your wireless network settings and ensure that your printer is connected to the correct network. Sometimes, connectivity issues can arise if the printer is connected to a different network or if there are network configuration issues.
- Signal Strength: Ensure that your printer is within range of your wireless router and that there are no obstacles or interference affecting the signal strength. Weak signals can lead to intermittent connectivity problems.
- Static IP Address: Assign a static IP address to your printer instead of relying on DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol). This can sometimes provide more stable connectivity.
- Firewall/Antivirus Settings: Check your firewall and antivirus settings to ensure that they are not blocking communication with the printer.
- Print Queue Management: Sometimes, print jobs can get stuck in the print queue and prevent new jobs from printing. Make sure to clear any pending print jobs in the queue.
- Printer Reset: Perform a factory reset on your printer to restore it to its default settings. This can sometimes resolve persistent issues.
If none of these suggestions resolve the issue, it's possible that there may be a hardware problem with your printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
