Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My windows 11 prints "%PDF-1.7" (and more stepped down the page along with page after page of on line on the bottom of gibberish) on my new HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All in One. It talks to my windows 11 with Libre but will not print anything from documents to PDF bills on email.
