Hello - I have a new OfficeJet Pro 9015e.  I can't complete the setup because the blue light indicating wifi is no longer lit up.  It was initially, but i had to stop doing the setup because I had a meeting.  The blue light went off.  I unplugged the printer frm the power cord per recommendations from this site and it's not coming back on to allow setup.  The recs said I should do a firmware update, which is impossible because I can't connect the printer to wifi. There is a silly message on the screen telling me to scan the QR code, which I have done and I also have HP Smart on my computer.  neither my computer nor my phone can find the printer because the WiFi light is not on.  PLEASE HELP!
