Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer

My HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 decided to just not print with my Mac desktop or Macbook.  I have run HP Smart diagnostics and get "Drive Check Issue not Fixed".  Printer and computers are all on the same wifi network as well.  I've tried everything the Virtual Agent suggested and it's still not working.  HELP!!!
