Im trying to sell this printer, but i cannot figure out how to get my and the previous owners data removed from it. I have performed every reset possible, through the settings and ip address website, I go to shortcuts or send via email option and boom it says select accounts. Some reason it is holding on to the accounts interacted with the printer, even after resetting everything, how do I remove this for privacy reasons for the next person?????! I'm assuming this is web services based, but don't really know what to do.660544345_798333876680061_6308669342588470651_n.jpg Thank you in advance.

Hi @Pangia1

Click on the option to Remove Web Services.

1.  In your Printer front panel go to Setup > Web Services Setup

  • <How-to-turn-off-Web-Services_sc1.png

2.  Then select the option "Remove Web Services"

3. Then you may want to Restore Factory defaults following steps in the next video:

* Click YES   to say thank you,

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.

Best regards,
