I recently and unfortunately purchased another HP printer.  Our previous HP inkjet printer stopped working in a similar fashion.  Stopped seeing the network.  It worked flawlessly for several years.  Internet at home has numerous devices successfully contacted, so it’s not the network.

After setting up new printer, it printed emails and documents with no issues.  Didn’t use the printer for a couple days and now shows offline.  The printer I replaced did the same thing.

I unplugged it again, and still shows offline and unavailable.  Clearly, HP has some connective issues and I would love to know why consumers are being left like this without resolution.

Hi @Mike_Honcho

Just make sure that printer is connected to a Wifi 2.4G network, because printers are more compatible with this 2.4G networks.
