Product: HP Officeinkjet Pro 8210
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have gotten a new HP Officeinkjet pro 8210 to setup and I put in the cartridges 954 that came in the box and the printer display (New, unused cartridge  must be used for startup). I clean the cartridge and they them again and it's the same problem

I see that you are getting error message "New, unused cartridge  must be used for startup" after installing the cartridge that came with the printer.

 

Please follow the steps listed in this document.
