My HP Officejet 3830 is printing extremely slowly; like five to ten minutes a page. I went through the Virtual Agent and did every single one of the suggestions and none of them worked. I unplugged it, I updated the drivers/firmware, changed the print quality, all of the suggestions it had. I even tried removing the printer from my computer and re-adding it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

@moonlightsonata, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand the printer is printing slow. To assist you better,
- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that prints fine. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Slow printing
If the issue persists, we will have to perform a factory reset on the printer.
I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
