Hello,

I own this printer for more than 3 years, but I didn't used it for like 6-7 months or so. Yesterday I decided to replace the old cartridges with some new ones and when I tried to use it, I didn't find the printer on the network. When printing a Network configuration page, it's saying that Network Capabilities are Not Available because these capabilities were disabled when the device was setup. Since I am the only one using this printer, I don't remember doing such thing... I started to do some troubleshooting by restarting, restoring to defaults and also reading a lot of articles on the internet and I end up installing the HP smart app. All fine, the printer was recognized successfully by this app, but when trying to configure the network, it successfully fails at the "Retriving Printer Information" step. Also, when accessing the Advanced Settings in the HP Smart App, the Wifi Setup Wizard appears to be...disabled. Why is that? And how can I enable it?Annotation 2019-12-25 141130.png

Can someone please help me with this?!

Just found an article on the internet where you should press the back button 4 times and you will be able to perform a device reset. After selecting the option semi-full reset, the wireless option came back.
