Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS

I am trying to print a PDF from my downloaded document folder to my HP Officjet 8610 and get the "filter failure" error for not printing. I have installed and de-installed the printer several times with no luck. The printer and Chromebook are on the same network.  I have manually entered the printer and that doesn't work.  I don't know what to do next. Please advise! Thank you.
