Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

HP Officejet J3600 printer is not printing again. (see Aug 22) my MacOS updated to Ventura 13.0.1.  Do I need a new printer or is there a helpful link again about a driver?

Yea! I did a work around with your help. I went back to the 8-22 link you sent me for a similar problem.  I think it worked. but what definitely worked was going to Preferences-Printers and deleting my current listing of J3600 as the printer and then adding it back in as a new printer. Wa la ! I am printing.  Thanks for your great  assistance to us non techy types

Hi @eb92 ,

 

First download and install HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:

Then go to Preferences > Printers then Add the printer, follow the steps from the next video:

* Click on YES button  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
