I keep trying to use the A3 tray to print - the A4 in tray 1 world perfectly.

Everytime i try and print colour in only comes out in black and white, even when i export it as and PDF, still black and white?

The writing is completely muddelsup and i cant even read it. straight lines on a excel document comes out as //////////// instead of a straight solid line. Below as reference.

I have tried to re-install drivers, tried to print from HPSmart application, nothing works.... PLEASE HELP!

Hi,

This is due to using a generic class driver and not the manufacturer driver.

 

Please install the latest HP drivers below, following the installation try printing and check for any difference:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJ7740/Full_Webpack-40.16.1234_1-OJ7740_Full_Webp...
