I have bought a new Officejet Pro 7740.

It correctly prints A4 from tray 1 in color.

But the A3 prints from tray 2 are black&white,

I run Windows  11 Home.

Installing and running HP Smart did not help solving the problem.

Please help.

My 7740 works perfect in A4 (Windows 11, latest Firmware EDWINXPP1N002.23368.00 / 2023-09-07).
The same document on A3: colors change to gray scale, print quality deteriorates: distorted characters, almost like smearing
FerRX' solution did not work, re-adjusting and cleaning heads didn't either.
Have the printer a long time. I believe the problem appeared with the last Firmware Update
