My 8210 has stopped printing color. All the cartridges are fine. Did the Virtual troubleshooter with no troubles were found. Did all the Print  tests and all was OK but no color. Nothing has changed except recently saw that new software was installed by HP. I don't know if caused the problem but. Please help!

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with printing in colour on your Printer.

Make a colour copy on the printer standalone and let me know if you have the same issue. (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware failure)

 

Request you to follow the below steps to fix the issue.

 

Uninstall the printer software by following the steps from this link and restart the device on which you do not get the colour settings.

Install the printer software by clicking on the link again.

Or

Install the printer with Windows built-in driver.

You can refer to this document to install the printer.
