Bonjour,

 

Une multifonction : HP Officejet Pro 8615 (mai 2015), utilisation domestique très modérée

affiche ce message d'erreur persistant :

 

"Incident sur l’imprimante ou le système d’encrage.
Eteigniez, puis rallumez l’imprimante.
Si le problème persiste, contactez HP."

 

Malgré une inspection attentive de l'appareil,

et plusieurs manoeuvres de réinitialisation

le message persiste, inchangé, bloquant l'écran de commande.

L'imprimante est devenue inutilisable.

 

Une solution ?  Merci

English :

MFP: HP Officejet Pro 8615 (May 2015), very moderate home use
displays this persistent error message:
"Problem with the printer or the inking system.
Turn the printer off and then on again.
If the problem persists, contact HP. "
Despite careful inspection of the device
and several reset maneuvers
the message persists, unchanged, blocking the control screen.
The printer has become unusable.
A solution ? Thank you

The HP Printer is not mine. My friend has fixed the issue.

It was a problem of cartrige : several cartriges were changed just before the panne. Some were HP-cartriges, other non-HP-cartriges. So the error message disapeared after the replacement of the yellow one.

 

Thus the link - 'Printer Failure' Error you give in your post doesn't seem the most appropriate.

I saw another procedure that seems me more suitable, may be
