Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I buy laptop including Windows 8 64-bit.  And install full drivers for HP Officejet pro 8710 in my office. The first time it work properly but now, after i do update to windows 11, it can't work again what must i do?

i am ever in this condition but in Windows 10 64-bit. I update to Windows 11 then my HP Officejet 8710 can't operate correctly. I think you can do 2 solutions that i can tell to you

 

Solution 1: Access your device manager on PC -> Then find printer and choose it -> choose update driver, but you must connect with the internet, I will update to the latest version of the drivers

 

Solution 2: Find the drivers that are installed on your PC and Uninstall it until complete, and HP always update driver to get the latest version of HP Officejet Pro 8710 Driver on the website
