Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS
I have a HP Officejet 8720 Pro that I have had for years and it works with every Apple iOS device that I own (iPhone, iPad, Macbook Pro, etc). Except for the brank new MacBook Air M3 that I just purchased. For some reason...this Macbook Air cannot add this printer via AirPrint. They are all on the same wifi. I cannot print, scan, etc from this new MacBook Air if I use HP Smart app. But cannot print from any of the apps on the Macbook that have a PRINT option. I have had Apple Support on the case with no success. I have reviewed several post here with no success. I have reset everything mention or proposed.
Does anyone have ANY suggestions.
