Downloaded hp 9015 software everything work except scan to email. I get a message to go to 123.hp.com to download software 

what's up with that if software is downloaded

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the scan to email issue.

 

Kindly use HP Smart tasks to 'scan to email' from the printer.

Install HP Smart app on the PC to use Smart tasks. Click here to install the HP Smart app. Refer to this document to know how to use smart tasks.
