Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I have a  PC running the latest version of windows and cannot install my wireless HP officejet pro 8620 driver. I have tried to install the driver from the hp website and I get the message driver is unavailable when I look at the device in system settings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer from the setting screen, control panel under devices and printers, and also over an Ethernet cable. I have an Ethernet connection on my PC and the printer works fine on other computer via wireless. I was using HP software to setup the printer and was able to print a test page but the installation process failed on the windows driver and does not show up when I try to print things.

All 862x printers use same software, drivers and manuals. Please use the following link to download and install:

I have tried to install this driver and software multiple times and I still have the same issue with the driver not getting installed.
