Hi All, I need some help,

My printer was working perfectly for years and then suddenly just doesn't want to do anything.

It receives a printing job, gears turn then nothing, after a while it just cancels the job, this includes making copies, scanning, etc.

Pressing the power button does nothing or if it tries to shut down it just stalls and never shut down, I have tried to do a reset from the setting menu, trying to update  the software but then just indicates it has failed to do so, tried to factory reset with the back button 4 times and do a partial full reset but when i press ok to initiate the process nothing happens and i can go back to home screen.

I have tried to un pluck the power cord for 1 min and even for a full day with no improvement.

I have uninstalled the drivers on my pc and reinstalled them, Installed the HP app with no improvement.

Please help.

Update: after pressing the Partial full reset button and unplugging the printer, it did Reset.

I did the startup and setup and the printer printed the calibration page without issue.

But afterward it just when back to the previous state of doing nothing.
