@irajeshmohan, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
For the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw, the HP PCLmS print driver isn't directly available as part of the standard Mac OS installation through the 'Add Printer' feature. Instead, to ensure you have the correct drivers and features, follow these steps:
Download HP Easy Start: Visit 123.hp.com and download HP Easy Start. This software will help you install the necessary drivers for your Mac.
Install the Driver: Follow the on-screen instructions provided by HP Easy Start to download and install the appropriate print driver for your printer model.
Manual Duplex Printing: If manual duplex printing is supported by your printer model, you should be able to access this feature through the print dialog settings once your printer is correctly set up with the driver.
For more information, you can view the printer's user guide.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Easy Start software was suggesting HP Essentials (for Print), HP Driver & HP Scan App (for Scan) till last month. After the launch of New HP App this is not suggesting any software or Driver. So no use of Easy Start time being. If its a bug only for me or to all globally we dont know. Hope it clarifies.

I finally found out the resolution (right driver) to activate Manual Duplex Printing in HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw in MacBook MacOS 26.0 Tahoe
It is perfectly working now as expected. Anyone needs the procedure on Mac can contact me. I shall share the Steps. Sad Part is even HP Customer Care Support failed to help us technically.
