I have an issue after my HP 210 Mini did an update and downloaded windows 10. My printer no longer works. I have tried to reinstall the driver and it can't find it yet in my files it shows the driver and when I open it there is an issue with the OS. In looking online i have found where others have had the same issue. And yet there is nothing saying how fix. Below after my post, you will find, I have copied and pasted one. I find it a little troubling that there is no response on fixing  the issue. I am inquiring only a month after the last post. Looking for direction. Thank you.

 

HP PSC 1350 won't work with Windows 10

Hello!

 

I have an HP PSC 1350 All-in-One printer that currently does not work with my computer (can still copy). I have tried switching computers (Windows and OSX) and that didn't change anything.

 

- Printer worked fine before installing Windows 10, 64 bit
- Shows in Device list but says no driver installed
- Windows Wizard cannot find driver to install
- HP website does not have driver available to download, only offers HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows
- Downloaded and ran HP Printer Install Wizard; Detects printer - says driver appears to not be installed correctly; Suggests Troubleshoot
- Troubleshooter doesn't work - cannot Update Driver Software, says that windows cannot find

- I also downloaded HP Support Solutions Framework SetUp suggested by the HP website

- It lauches the HP AiO Remote Printer, but only a different printer in the house (that is off bc it is out of ink) shows

- Tried "Select a Different Printer," but no other printer came up

 

Please help. I bought a bulk of 5 cartridges for this printer and don't want to waste them.

Experience with HP: I have always bought HP printers, but they seem to always give me one headache after another

 

HP PSC 1350 - plenty supply of ink, can't print/interact with computer

HP OfficeJet 4500 - right after I bought new ink a nonexistent paper jam error pops up and now the printer won't won't anymore (no way to clear the paper jam error)

HP OfficeJet 6700 - was the one who ran the most smoothly until the black ink ran out, I replaced it but then the printer refused to register the new ink and claims that the Cyan cartidge is out (it's not), I've tried everything but that printer also won't work now

 

So right now, I have a bunch of ink cartidges and 3 useless HP printers, which is very disappointing to say the least. Not to mention this forum is more helpful than everything on the HP website considering how it's impossible to contact anyone
