Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dn Multifunction Printer

Hey Everyone, I think I may have a bad control board on this unit. Anyways, I have factory reset this unit restoring all it's defaults. I have reset network configuration, and I cannot get the wireless to turn on. The ethernet has an exclamation mark on it thats yellow and on the printed configuration page, it shows ethernet is offline and no wireless option. I am not sure what is going on. Anyone have any ideas? Since it's not working on ethernet, I cannot get into the EWS and nothing really says other than to activate wireless is when the printer is booted up without ethernet connected, it should give me the wireless option, but nothing.

 

Any help would be appreciated. I have checked the cable, switch, and ports its plugged into and those are all good, what ever is happening is with the printer itself.
