I think I have it, Turn the power off and wait 30 seconds.

Than press and release the power button and than hold until you see the Home button, Help button and the Back button.

Press Home, than press Back, than press Home two times.

Search Youtube for instructions, it's complicated to explain in words, but you can find video tutorials on how to reset it.
