Hi!

 

I have done a factory reset (holding start button.... and select reset in menu). BUT the I can still not access login. Username and password are incorrect. Default do not work (admin, admin, admin password, admin [blank])

 

Same with PIN cod, wrong code try again. There is no PIN code printed on the printer
