HP Photo Envy 7855 stuck on logo screen

This printer did work prior. I don't know when it stopped, I don't use it very often.

The screen is stuck on the HP logo, a blue bar advances across, 7 dots underneath, 1 lit. When the bar gets to the end, it just stops and nothing happens. Unplugged the power from both ends. Held the power button down. plugged both ends back in (direct to outlet). Printer turns on and repeats the process. Tried taking the ink out, paper out. it still freezes. power button doesn't do anything. tried downloading firmware updates, program can't find the printer. printer app on laptop says printer is offline. don't know how to proceed from here.

If you are unable to get to the Support Menu, I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for service options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
