I'm getting an error message when trying to print a document from my computer, saying that if I continue, it may damage my computer. I uninstalled the printer and tried reinstalling it via the HP Smart app. However, it looks like the most current OS available via that app is older/prior to my computer's OS. So I am not able to reinstall the printer. It appears that this printer is no longer compatible with my Mac (OS 10.15 Catalina). Is this correct? If so, will there be an upgrade in the future? Or do I have to buy a new printer? Help!

Hi,
Please make sure your macOS is fully up to date by installing any update for Catalina (version 10.15.7):

Next, uninstall any existing HP Software by following the HP Uninstaller Utility below:
Next, download and install the latest drivers below:
Finally, open System Preferences, and then open Printers & Scanners to re-add your printer. be sure to select the printer model within the Use drop-down menu.
